Yasassri Purnajith

I proudly graduated from Curtin University Australia, and I embarked on my professional journey as a Trainee Implementation Engineer at Hsenid Business Solutions. There, I honed my skills in project management, focusing on innovative human resource implementations that drive efficiency.

Eager to take on new challenges, I joined the dynamic startup Cinnamon Information Technology as a software engineer. In this role, I specialized in backend development and played a pivotal part in conceptualizing a payment platform akin to Square, aiming to revolutionize financial transactions.

My career then advanced at Cogcom, where I began as a Junior Software Engineer and ascended to the position of Lead Software Engineer. Here, I specialized in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Big Data solutions, leading groundbreaking projects such as the Castrol Brain Virtual Assistant, Volume Digital Concierge, the Pepper Lusy Application, Quickbooks Certification Platform, all of which showcased my ability to push technological boundaries while working on my Msc in Big Data Analytics at Robert Gordon University.

Next, I took on a challenging role as Technical Lead at Ascentic, where I developed a custom ERP solution for a major auto insurance company, delivering impactful results that streamlined operations.

Currently, I have successfully migrated to Canada, where I am making significant contributions as a Principal Software Development Engineer at Revvity Signals Software. I lead efforts on the Signals Clinical product, which is at the forefront of analytics for clinical studies, further proving my commitment to leveraging technology for transformative impact in the healthcare sector.
